Return Policy


Easy Returns & Exchanges-

If you purchase a product and it became damaged during transit, please contact me immediately and I will gladly replace the item at no extra cost to you. This also applies to items that were purchased directly from me at a show. I will gladly replace the jewelry and make arrangements to get it to you.

If you give a piece of Cindy David Designs as a gift and they are not crazy about it, or you change your mind on your purchase, you are more than welcome to exchange the piece out with me within 30 days of purchase.

There are no returns on custom pieces. Due to the handmade nature of the products, there are no refunds given. However, please reach out to me directly if there is a customer service issue and I will gladly resolve it the best way I can.
